Jim and his wife Sallie live in Minnetonka with their two children. Jim is a past president of our TC Chapter and has been very active in
Chapter events practically from the day he joined back about 1996. In the area of non-work related things to do, Jim likes his golf as well
as summer outdoor activities.

 Jim has worked for Troy Chemical since 1994 and is the Branch Sales Manager for the immediate five state area.

 As to the personal rewards from TC-CCAI membership, Jim reports that he has enjoyed “vast” networking opportunities. He also is appreciative
for the friendships that he has developed over the years. Over all Jim feels that he has received a great return on his personal time investment in CCAI.

 Jim recommends membership in the Twin City Chapter because of the regular programs of interest to the local finishing industry. Getting to
know and networking with people of different industry backgrounds can help when an industrial finishing problem comes up. Jim concluded
his thoughts on membership with “More involvement, more return.”
